Starting a blog has been a goal of mine for a verrrrry long time. So, I'm taking my own advice and just starting (damn it)! I want this to be a space to connect with like-minded women. My posts won't always (errr ever?) be pretty, eloquently composed or earth shattering, but I will strive to provide useful, honest information, experiences, and recommendations that will serve you, not overwhelm you. I'm all about "underwhelming" my readers ;)

The truth is, it really doesn't have to be that complicated. Sometimes you just need a little guidance and accountablity. (Hey! That sounds like a job for a health coach...)
My content will be focused on how to live and feel your best, even in the midst of hectic schedules, tempting doughnuts, bad habits and self-limiting beliefs.
