Hi there.  My name is Megan and I’m passionate about smart, casual approaches to healthy living. I work with busy, motivated women, to help them uncover the food and lifestyle choices that fuel their lives and support their full potential, one simple, savvy step at a time.

My approach is simple and savvy because, let’s face it, life is complicated enough. Let’s ensure your lunch is a nourishing, no-brainer!

As a proud Philly native, I had my fair share of sugary cereals, soft pretzels and water ("wooder") ice growing up. 

And let's not forget the college years when all I ate was pasta, bagels and other refined carbs because “DUH! They're, like, low-fat!"  

Enter adult life, long work days and being left to my own devices to figure out…dinner? Bring on the happy hour deals and late-night microwave meals!

Cue the constant bloat, fatigue, irritability and headaches.  Oh man, those headaches were the WORST!

I always had an avid interest in health and wellness but, little did I know, I was often missing the mark when it came to my food choices and my focus on ‘how I looked’ rather than ‘how I felt.’

In my eyes, I was a healthy eater simply because I wasn’t regularly stuffing my face with burgers and fries. But when I think back on the amount of sugar and caffeine I was putting into my system on a regular basis, it’s no wonder that I suffered most of my twenties with frequent, debilitating headaches, digestive issues, and a preoccupation with the latest fashion trends rather than my own self care.

Fast forward to today.  After enrolling with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), ditching the diet soda habit, greening my meals, and finding ways to move my body that I actually enjoy, I feel better in my 30s, than I did 10 years ago!

And I want to help you feel better too!

I stumbled through my early adult years with a coffee cup in one hand and a couple of aspirin in the other. I caffeinated and self-medicated most of the time just to get through the day.  I was exhausted and frustrated.  As my pants grew tighter, my patience wore thin.

I knew there had to be another way and I assure you, there is!
